The practice manager / receptionist is exceptional and the service and support you will receive will help your business to be successful, less stressful and enjoyable. All this enables you to concentrate on your clients and develop your own business.

2) Financial Services

Handling all clients billing, payments and health fund preferred receipts and banking. EFTPOS & MOTO available. Capable software program for all receipting and for your therapy service and product income and associated GST if required. Plus lots more such as statistical reports that help with the developing the direction of your business for improved growth.

3) Marketing Assistance

Your own page about YOU and your service on the large clinic web site. Also a part of Natural Therapies Pages web site. Yellow and White pages and local directory advertisements. The clinic as a group does health shows, free health talks at the local library, run yoga classes and attend networking meetings to promote each business at this clinic. We offer any assistance you may need to help build your business.

4) Location

The Clinic is 25 mins from the centre of Brisbane in the beautiful Bayside area of Cleveland. Excellent position in a busy shopping centre with lots of drive-by and walk-in traffic. Ample easy parking. Bus stop almost at the door and train a short walk away. Easy access for disabled, wheel chair and prams. The toilets in the complex are located in an aisle-way next to the clinic. Fantastic signage so the clinic can not be missed by new clients.

5) Clinic Description

The professional multi-disciplinary clinic has an ambience that encourages a sense of welcoming warmth, inner peace, and a calm and relaxed mood. This safe, nurturing environment is balanced with a professional approach that you, as a natural health therapist desire for your business. The reception and waiting area is large as are all the six rooms in the clinic. Ducted air-conditioning, great lighting, kitchenette and a seminar or workshop area are features. This area is used without cost by therapists for free public information nights to help increase their business.

6) Room Description

Each room is a spacious 3mts x 4mts. Depending on your needs there is a desk with filing drawer, 2 chairs, massage table, shelving unit, CD player and good fluorescent lighting as well as soft lighting. Three rooms have sinks. Phone and internet connection points available. All rooms have sound proofing in the walls to minimise noise. All rooms are tastefully painted and attractively decorated with paintings with scope for your personal touches.

7) Room Rates

Room lease rates are flexible, very reasonable and open to negotiation. The rate will depend on the amount of reception work that your modality generates and the degree of administration needed for your business.
