What to expect from the massage:

  • Pre-massage consultation takes place to establish areas to be worked on, objectives of the massage, any medical issues, and agree which techniques to use. (eg. Remedial, Swedish or combination)
  • A room will be used to ensure privacy
  • You will be massaged on a massage table with a large towel covering areas not worked on
  • Oil is used for its therapeutic properties and to enable better skin contact
